The Chapter 1 Update is Out!

That’s right, chapter 1’s update is now out for Patrons and Subscribers. I will be putting up the Itch.io version shortly and then figuring out what I’m doing for Steam (Steam is dropping OSX 32-bit support so I need to reconfigure the game a bunch, oh joy).

This update becomes public on the last day of February. It features 4 new forms, several new quests, an absurdly dangerous combat area filled with nasty paragons, a host of bugfixes, an updated map, new characters, a trainer who can trade platina for EXP, a fortune teller who can help you find catalysts you missed, a new way to deal with the rubber quest…

Look there’s a lot of stuff in this update. Hopefully it will hold you over while I get the chapter 5 update ready. The real sinister purpose of this update was to get all of you to bugtest the code modernizations I’ve done so get those bug reports rolling.

If you’re not a patron or subscriber or Itch.io… er (Itcher?) then you can get the password and download right now for just a buck! A single dollar! And if you can’t do that, we accept pictures of your animals, or poetry!

Remember how I said that if WHI passes 1000 sales, Chic will make a piece of art (possibly horny)? Well, we passed 1000 sales! This week, go to this google form and throw in your suggestions. Next week, we’ll vote on which one Chic has to make. Chic reserves the right to remove any she doesn’t like from consideration.
